Allie Joy

This past Saturday Julia and I had to pleasure to meet Allie Joy.  Our friends Sheri and Brendon recently welcomed Allie into the world.  I offered my photography service to them, and had a wonderful time taking pictures of Allie.  This was my first time I have photographed a baby, and it was a learning experience.  I had a small light kit with me and a Nikon SB-600 flash.  I also touched up the pictures a bit, but I am still learning how to edit pictures.  Allie does not crawl yet, so she stayed put in whatever position we put her.
My urge of having a photo room of my own grows stronger and stronger as I progress on this photo odyssey.  If anyone is interested in building me a photo room let me know.  Now, let's get to the pictures.

It was a pleasure and I look forward to taking more pictures of Allie Joy.  I hope you enjoy the pictures.  I hope to keep this up, and get better every time.

If you like the pictures you see in this post or any other post you have seen let me know!  I am in the process of building a website for my photography and am looking for clients.  My contact email is bellevuephotosnow@gmail.com.

Even a gearhead needs a nerds help.

On Sunday I offered my photography skills to my buddy Mike.  He has his own site called a gearhead.  He wanted some help getting some pictures for the site.  I worked with him years ago at Boch, and still work with his brother Nick, who most of you know.  Their shop is filled with bikes, 1/2 bikes, and 1/4 bikes.  Two dudes with a shop, it's pretty manly.  You ever need a bike worked on give them a thought before you pay thousands at big name shop.

Class Attack: Bear Arms Edition

Welcome everyone to my newest blog post.  This post is a continuation of people pictures.  The lucky contestants were Crystal and Joe this time around.  I think we had some fun with it, and I feel like we got some good pictures.  Let's get this show on the road.

Crystal was a support sport with these pictures.  If you have seen the cover for the first season of Burn Notice you will see that these were a complete rip off of that.

I like the different points of view these pictures have.

Same idea with these pictures.  These were a complete rip off of the Grant Wood American Gothic painting.

The tables have turned in these pictures.

Messing around with the assortment of guns Joe has for when the Zombies come.

And you thought you would make it through a post with out Cena.  How dare you!?

Cena's 3rd Birthday!

Last Tuesday was Cena's 3rd Birthday.  Our little girl is growing up.  We had a mini celebration for her like we always do.  She got some new toys and a sweet birthday cookie.  The cat still hates us, maybe the fact that we never celebrate her birthday is the reason.  Anyways, Cena had a fun time eating her cookie and playing with her new toy.  Now, you get to see it all go down!
I enjoy this picture.  Cena is the main attraction, but you can't help but look at the background.  Looking at it now, I'm trying to see what movies are there and who are in the pictures.  I could just get up and look at the real things, but I am comfy.
Meanwhile, Bower is not pleased.
Cena is drunk on cookie!
Now, we wait until next year for Cena's 4th birthday.
